The List Price* change and FAQ relate to IDEXX BioAnalytics Products and Services

Please find below some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) which should answer any queries you may have. For further information please contact your local Account Manager who will be happy to help.

 The List Price changes, and effective dates take into account the changing market conditions including currency fluctuations, inflation rate changes and other business costs. This change is required so that we remain competitive in the market, continuing to provide a high value offering, whilst managing the associated costs of doing business and retaining high levels of service and quality.

Depending on market conditions we aim to maintain the updated list prices throughout 2024.

Please rest assured, where we have a written agreement with you that states otherwise, we will honor said agreement accordingly.

All new List Prices are available from December 15^th, 2023 and can be requested at Idexxbioanalytics-europe@idexx.com. For further information, please contact your Account Manager.

Any Customer Quotes will be updated as part of the renewal process, with new net prices effective January 1^st, 2024. A copy will be sent to you by your local Account Manager or Client and Sales Support.

We do not publish price lists however our pricing is available through your Account Manager or Client and Sales Support.
